AUCTION SALE OF ONE VEHICLE MERCEDES BENZ E 400 4MATIC

1. High Commission of India, Abuja proposes to sell one vehicle Mercedes Benz E 400 4Matic, manufacture year 2018, received from Germany and first used in July 2018, automatic, 107,268/- kms, good condition, single owner, regularly serviced (from authorized MB workshop), no accidents, cold AC, colour Silver Grey metallic and full options.
2. Firms/persons interested in the purchase of the above mentioned vehicle may inspect it on any working day from 30.06.2025 to 14.07.2025 between 1000 hrs to 1600hrs at India House, Plot No. 930, Pope John Paul 2, Maitama , Abuja. The auction of the vehicle is on ‘as it is and where it is’ basis.
3. The tender along with refundable Earnest Money in the form of Bank Draft for Naira 3,000,000/- is required to be sent in a sealed cover to the address mentioned below, before IS July, 2025. The envelope should be superscribed as “Tender for Car”.

4. The auction will be held on 16 July, 2025 at 1100 hrs. Successful bidder will be required to deposit the balance bid amount after deducting the Earnest Money within 3 working days of auction. The successful bidder should take possession of the vehicle on production of valid documentary proof i.e. National ID card, Driving License etc.
5. The successful bidder will be responsible for getting the Registration Certificates of the vehicle transferred in his/her name at own cost. After delivery of the vehicle, HCI Abuja will, in no case, be responsible for any lapse, mishap, accident etc. ,
