TITLE: PRINTING AND PRODUCTION OF IPC SHEETS, DATA COLLECTION TOOLS, AND PATIENT DIARIES
Royal Heritage Health Foundation (RHHF), with support from UNFPA, invites reputable printing firms to submit bids for the design, printing, and timely delivery of the following IEC/monitoring tools:
- Interpersonal Communication (IPC) Sheets
- Data Collection Forms
- Patient Diaries
The printing must meet professional standards with clear layout, durable paper quality, and color branding as per RHHF guidelines. Quantities and design templates will be shared with shortlisted vendors
Eligibility Requirements:
- Company registration and tax clearance
- Verifiable experience in similar printing jobs for NGOs or health institutions
- Sample of similar printed materials (physical or digital)
- Quotation with detailed unit cost and total cost
