REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR THE SUPPLY OF SMART PHONES/TABLETS AND ACCESSORIES
Sightsavers is a health organisation working to prevent avoidable blindness in over 30 countries in the world including Nigeria. Sightsavers has been working in Nigeria for 72 years now providing technical and financial support to local Eye Health and Neglected Tropical Diseases Control Programmes across many States of the Federation. Sightsavers operates in Nigeria by virtue of a Cooperation Agreement with the Federal Government of Nigeria.
Sightsavers enables access to quality health and education, lead the elimination of debilitating neglected tropical diseases and fight for disability rights. We are committed to prioritising value for money thus engage in competitive sourcing of commodities which we require for service delivery across the country.
This is a request for proposals for the Supply of Smart Phones/Tablets and accessories as detailed below:

Payment terms: Full payment after delivery and satisfactory testing of phones and tablets. Invoice will only be accepted upon successful testing of phones performance and quality.
We are mandated by the Federal Government to deduct withholding tax from all contracts and remit same to the relevant tax board.
Interested vendors must submit proposal along with copies of the following documents:
1. Company Tax clearance certificate (most recent)
2. Certificate of Incorporation
3. Reference Letter from your bank indicating company name and confirming operation of a company account with the bank branch.
4. Evidence of previous supplies of mobile phones purchase order executed.
5. Evidence as registered distributor for Samsung smart phones in Nigeria
6. Company Letter head with the full name, phone number, email address of contact person for the company and full physical address of the company.

Vendors shall submit soft copies of proposals and documents to ssinigeria@sightsavers.org with email title “Phones Tablets and Accessories for Bloomberg Project”.
All proposals with complete copies of supporting documents must be received no later than 11:59pm on Sunday the 3rd of August 2025. Submissions after the deadline date will NOT be accepted.
