INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF DEVELOPMENTAL PROJECT FOR THE ELECTRIFICATION LOTS 1 TO 3 ACROSS ADAMAWA STATE

INVITATION FOR TENDER
The Adamawa State Ministry for Rural Infrastructure and Community Development (MRICD) request for the tender from Suitable Contractors for implementation of developmental project of electrification in Ministry for Rural Infrastructure and Community in three (3) Constituency across the State.
(1) INTERESTED BIDDERS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CONDITION:-
- Shall incorporate in Nigeria and have all the legal requirement to cooperate in the country including registration with relevant bodies.
- Must have capability to commence work without advance payment to the satisfactory of the client gut in the event of the advance payment and successful bidders will be required to present advance payment bond from reputable insurance company.
- Shall have evidence of satisfactory execution of similar projects.
- Bidding document are to be obtain on the Bpp portal saas.biddingo.com/adsbpp with non-refundable fee of N30, 000.
- All submission in respect of the invitation shall be in English Language.
(2) BIDDERS ARE TO PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF REGISTRATION WITH THE FOLLOWING:
- Adamawa state Bureau of Public Procurement (Bpp) 2025.
- ITF 2025
- PENCON 2025
- NSITF 2025
- Tax Clearance 2025
- Provide last three years audit account
- Bid must be duly sign
(3) BIDDERS ARE ADVISED TO:
- Note that the process of bound to consider the lowest tender
- Submit bit via BPP portal saas.biddingo.com/ADSBPP
(4) BID OPENING
The closing date of bid submission will be on Friday 14 August, 2025 by 12:00pm and the bid opening will be also take place on 14 August, 2025 by 12:30pm Local time in the Procurement office. Ministry for Rural Infrastructure and Community Development Yola State Secretariat Complex.
