INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF CONTRACTORS TO TENDER FOR 2024 FGN-UBEC UBEC/SUBEB INTERVENTION PROJECTS

The Bauchi State Universal Basic Education Board (BASUBEB) hereby invites interested experienced contractors to express their interest in the pre-qualification to bid for the following projects:

I. SCOPE OF THE PROJECT

  • Construction of blocks 2 / 3 classrooms with office and store
  • Renovation of blocks of 2 / 3 classrooms with office and store
  • Construction of Perimetre Fencing
  • Construction of Assembly Hall
  • Construction of School Laboratory
  • Construction of 4 pits VIP Toilet
  • Drilling of Handpump fitted Borehole
  • Procurement of ECCDE Desk and Chairs
  • Procurement of Pupils/Students of Primary & Junior Secondary
  • School Desk Chairs and Tables
  • Procurement of Primary/Junior Secondary School Teacher Chairs & Tables

II. PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
The pre-qualification documents must contain the following:

  • Contractor’s Resume and/or Profile
  • Registration with Corporate Affair Commission (CAC)
  • Registration with the Bauchi State Government as Contractor, Supplier or Consultant from Due Process
  • Up-to-date three (3) years Tax Clearance Certificate
  • Financial Capability
  • Evidence of similar assignment handled in the last three (3) years
  • Relevant Equipment and evidence of Acquisition (Receipt or Leasing)
  • Relevant Personal with their Up-to-date C.Vs
  • Evidence of payment for the non-refundable fee of N40,000.00 only.

III. SUBMISSION OF PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS
All pre-qualification documents should be enclosed in a sealed envelop marked “YEAR 2024 FGN-UBEC/BASG-SUBEB PROJECTS” and address to:

All applications are to be submitted not later than four (4) weeks from the date of this publication.

NOTE: Please note that only successful contractors on the pre-qualification would be considered to bid for the relevant proposed projects.
