EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)/INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT) FOR PROJECTS CONTAINED IN THE YEAR 2025 APPROPRIATION (ADDENDUM)
1.0 INTRODUCTION:
Kindly recall that the Federal Teaching Hospital, Owerri placed an advertisement on the Federal Tenders Journal on Monday 28th April, 2025, The Daily Sun and Vanguard Newspapers of Thursday, 1st May, 2025, inviting interested Contractors / Consultants to tender for projects contained in the 2025 Appropriation.
The Hospital wishes to notify all Bidders of the following amendments/additional information:

2.1 SCOPE OF WORKS/SERVICES:
Details of the Scope of works/ services for all the Projects above shall be provided in the Tender (Bidding) Documents.
3.0 ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
(a) For LOT O: Note that only Companies included in the National Automotive Design and Development Council’s approved list of Manufacturers of Vehicles, or their representatives should bid for the procurement.
(b) All other requirements earlier published remain the same.
4.0 COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS:
All Tender collections remain the same as earlier published.
5.0 SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS:
Two (2) hard copies each of Technical and Financial Bids and with soft copy of Financial Bid only in (Ms Excel format in a flashdrive) packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as “Technical Bid” or “Financial Bid”. Thereafter put the two Sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope with name of Bidder, address and phone number addressed to; The Chief Medical Director, Federal Teaching Hospital, Owerri and clearly marked with the Project name and Lot number. Furthermore the reverse side of the sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the Bidder and dropped in the designated Tender Box located at the Office of the Chief Medical Director Federal Teaching Hospital, Owerri not later than 1.00pm on Monday 18th, August, 2025, Bidders are to sign the Bid submission register in the Office of the Head, Procurement Department, Federal Teaching Hospital, Owerri.
6.0 OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS/EOI:
The Technical Bids / EOI will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 1.00pm on Monday 18th August, 2025 at Obstetrics & Gynecology (O & G) Hall (1), while the Financial bids will be kept unopened. Note that the Hospital will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted Bids.
