REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO THE AIDS, TUBERCULOSIS (TB), AND MALARIA TECHNICAL WORKING GROUP FOR THE FACILITATION OF THE ATM GENERATIVE WORKSHOP
Nigeria continues to bear one of the highest global burdens of AIDS, Tuberculosis (TB), and Malaria (ATM). Responses to these diseases have historically been financed managed through vertical, fragmented approaches with limited synergy in planning, implementation, and financing. In response to shifting global financing landscapes particularly the transition from direct U.S. Government (USG) support to the Global Fund’s GC7 grant there is a renewed national imperative to pursue integrated, sustainable, and domestically driven ATM programming.
To advance this agenda, Finaquest and an interested organization, is convening a national ATM Generative Workshop to facilitate co-creation of integrated planning, delivery, and monitoring systems for ATM programs at federal, state, and community levels. This initiative will be implemented through two planned convenings: an initial virtual meeting, followed by an in-person engagement. The virtual session will serve to establish momentum in drafting key deliverables, align stakeholder expectations, and delegate responsibilities among members of the Technical Working Group (TWG). The subsequent physical meeting will provide a platform to review preliminary drafts and refine the outputs.
The ATM Technical Working Group (TWG) plays a pivotal stewardship role in this integration effort. In order to effectively plan and execute the outlined activities, strategic technical assistance is required to guide the workshop processes, ensure alignment with national priorities, foster programmatic coherence, and support the feasibility of implementation. To this end, a qualified consulting firm is needed to provide the necessary expertise and support in delivering this technical assistance.
