EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF DESKTOP COMPUTERS AND IT ITEMS AND SOFTWARE
The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH; Social and economic participation of returness, internally displaced persons and the host population in North-East Nigeria ( SEPIN SUSI) And Co-financed by the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) of Germany, would like to procure “DESKTOP COMPUTERS and IT Items and Software with the following minimum specifications:
- 40-Units of Desktop Computers (Lot 1)
- 40-Units of original Microsoft office 2024 professional plus (Lot 2)
- 40-Units of 1.5KVA UPS (Lot 3)
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested Bidders to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
a. Comprehensive company profile
b. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), and Memorandum of Association clearly indicating business area in electronics or IT equipment.
c. A Bank Introductory letter not later than 2 months.
d. Valid and Active Tax Clearance Certificate.
