Green Concern for Development (GREENCODE), a registered Nigerian NGO (non-profit) organization working on social justice and humanitarian response in both the southern and northern regions of Nigeria, is calling for Expressions of Interest to tender/bid for the under-listed services.
1). Rehabilitation of Solar Borehole and Upgrade of Handpump to Solar Borehole in Konduga LGA Borno State.
Method of Application
Interested vendors should first submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) and
NOTE: Quote the item you are Expressing Interest in on the Subject column of your Email.
Example: Expression of Interest in the Rehabilitation of Solar Borehole and Upgrade of Handpump to Solar Borehole in Konduga LGA, Borno State.

NOTE:
1. Insert the service in the subject box of your email when submitting your application. do that for each service you are applying for, if you are applying for more than one service.
2. It is not compulsory that a service provider MUST express interest in all the services at once; ONLY bid for a particular service you can render.
3. Interested service providers are allowed to submit a call for Interest for one or two Lots in separate documents.
4. Any application that does not follow these instructions, especially the title in your subject column, will not be responded to or considered for short-listing.
5. It is compulsory that bidders know before expressing interest that the company must meet up with the following:
a. Valid Business Registration
b. Business profile
c. Valid SCUMUL certificates.
d. Valid Tax Clarence (2025 or 2024)
e. Contractor should have experience in the Construction and Rehabilitation of Solar Borehole of at least 2 years, including the names and contact numbers of at least two recent clients.
f. Experience working in Borno state is an advantage.
g. Capacity to pre-finance (bank statement).
