KEBBI STATE MINISTRY FOR BASIC AND SECONDARY EDUCATION
INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE RENOVATION OF DIGGI MODEL PRIMARY SCHOOL
(A) The Kebbi State Ministry for Basic and Secondary Education wishes to invite suitable and qualified contractors for the execution of Rehabilitation/Renovation of some structures at Government Girls Comprehensive Secondary School Maga,
(B) The Scope of the Work are:
(i) Renovation of 16 Classroom
(ii) Renovation of 2No. Houses Staff Quarters
(iii) Renovation 2&3 Compartment WC Toilet
(iv) Construction of 762 Perimeter Wall Fence
(v) Drilling of Motorized Borehole
(vi) Supply of 244 sets pupils and Teachers Furniture
(C) Qualification of Firms Responding to the (RFQ)
The contractors or representatives of the firms etc. must show clear evidence of:
(a) Payment of corporate taxes PAYE VAT etc.
(b) Kebbi State Ministerial Tenders Registration Certificate
(c) Letter of Confirmation by applicants Bankers on having financial capacity to execute the contract.
(d) Certificate of incorporation for companies/constituency firms.
(e) Memorandum and ARTICLES of Association
(f) Registration with Professional/regulatory bodies as would be applicable.
(g) List of company/consulting firms personnel including qualification and a year of experience in the field.
(h) List of previous work/service executed within Kebbi State and evidence of performance.
(i) Third Party Insurance.
(D) Deadline for Submission of Quotation
The Construction firms or representative of the company etc. are to submit quotations on or before 21 August, 2025.
The Ministry for Basic and Secondary Education reserve the right to reject any quotation that does not meet its requirements. For more details please contact the office of the Director Planning, Research and Statistics.
