INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
This is to invite suitable qualified contractors for pre-qualification to tender for the execution of the following list of intended projects as follows:-
(1) Rehabilitation of Feeder Road from Kwanar Baura to Gediya (Gediya Ward)
(2) Rehabilitation of Feeder Road from Tsamiya Mai Tifa to Rumo Town (Rumo Ward)
(3) Rehabilitation of Feeder Road from Gani to Bagagare (Gani Ward)
(4) Rehabilitation of Feeder Road from Gani to Dambazau (Gani Ward)
(5) Construction of Six Cell Reinforced Concrete Culvert at Zamba (Sitti Ward)
(6) General Renovation of Sumaila L.G. Secretariat Sumaila
(7) General Renovation of District Head House/Place, Sumaila
(8) General Renovation of Staff Quarters and Furnishing
(9) Construction of District Head Rimi House and Furnishing
(10) General Renovation of 22 No. Classroom Blocks across 11 Wards of Sumaila L.G.
(11) Construction of New Works Department in L.G. Secretariat
(12) Conversion of Old Works Dept. to Classroom Blocks
(13) Installation of Solar System in 26 No. Friday Mosques in various locations of 11 Wards in Sumaila L.G.
(14) And Other Development-Related Projects in Sumaila L.G
PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS:
Prospective contractors must satisfy all required and necessary pre-qualification condition criteria and procedure laid down by all the relevant authorities.
SUBMISSION OF PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS
All pre-qualification documents of either of the above project are delivered on or before 2 weeks from the date of this notice (August 18, 2025) in sealed envelopes and boldly marked pre-qualification to tender and address to the DPM Sumaila Local Government Council, Kano
