REQUEST FOR QUOTE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF SEPTIC CHAMBERS IN ROUTE 66

Dear All,

The U.S. Embassy Abuja invites qualified contractors to submit quotations for Maintenance of Septic Chambers in Route 66, as detailed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). We have scheduled a site visit with details below to provide more details about the requirement to interested offerors:

Date: Thursday September 4, 2025

Time: 10:00 a.m.

Location: Plot 1129, Behind American International School, Durumi District

To confirm your participation in the site visit and ensure access to the compound:

• Submit the name(s) of your representative(s) (maximum of two) by email to Abujaprocurement@state.gov , latest Tuesday, September 2, 2025.
• Representatives must present a valid government-issued ID and arrive 15 minutes early for check-in.

Following the site visit, interested vendors are requested to submit a comprehensive proposal, adhering to the guidelines below:

1. Proposal Structure: All proposals must include two parts – Technical and Financial Proposal.

a. Technical Proposal: this must include;

i. Methodology for fulfilling the requirement

ii. Performance schedule, specifications, samples/pictures/complete drawings

iii. History of past performance with valid contact information for past and current customers from the last three years.

iv. Completed NDAA and DEI certification (Required under EO 14173, January 2025)

b. Financial Proposal

2. Proposals must be submitted by email to AbujaProcurement@state.gov, with the following subject line “Re: RFQ | PR15521367 – Maintenance of Septic Chambers in Route 66”.
3. The deadline for offer submission is September 7, 2025.
4. Contractors must complete and submit a signed copy of the attached NDAA and DEI certification alongside proposals. Offerors who do not provide this certification will not be eligible for award.

Please note:

• The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability, and past performance.
• The Embassy will not contact unsuccessful offerors.
• Oral quotations will not be accepted.
• Payment term is NET 30
