VISTA INITIATIVE invites proposals from qualified vendors for the supply of office furniture, equipment, and visibility materials to support its humanitarian interventions in Maiduguri. As a women-led, and youth-driven humanitarian organization, VISTA INITIATIVE is committed to delivering life-saving assistance and promoting inclusive, sustainable development in crisis-affected communities.

Note: All items must be new, high quality, and delivered in full working condition. Vendors should specify brand, warranty, and delivery period.
Quotation Requirements
Interested vendors are required to submit:
- Detailed quotation on official letterhead, including:
- Unit and total price (in NGN)
- Delivery time (within 7 calendar days of PO)
- Quotation validity (minimum 15 days)
- Product specifications or brochures (if available)
Company documents:
- Certificate of Incorporation (CAC)
- SCUML Certificate (Special Control Unit against Money Laundering)
- Tax Identification Number (TIN)
- Evidence of at least one previous similar supply or contract
- Bank account details in the company name
- 2% withholding Tax and 1% Stamp Duty
Note: Vendors who do not submit complete documentation including the SCUML certificate will be disqualified during evaluation.
Payment Terms: Payment will be processed within 90 days after full delivery and acceptance of goods.
