EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR SERVICES AND CONSULTANTS
WaterAid is an International not-for-profit organization committed to a vision where everyone, everywhere has access to safe and sustainable water, sanitation, and hygiene. By improving access to clean water, adequate sanitation, and good hygiene practices, we empower individuals to break free from the cycle of poverty and disease, enabling them to unlock their potential and transform their lives for the better. Since 1996, WaterAid has been actively working in Nigeria, partnering with the government and local communities to promote sustainable access to water, sanitation, and hygiene solutions.
To support our work, we are always seeking to build and expand our database of suitably qualified, competent, and experienced service providers and consultants (individual and companies) to provide service in relevant areas.
WaterAid is therefore calling for expression of interest from registered service providers in the following areas:
i. Vehicle leasing/Car hire/ Corporate ride service (Abuja, Lagos, Enugu, Bauchi, Jos and Gombe).
ii. Travel agencies (Abuja and Lagos only)

Interested individuals and companies are required to submit a proposal that should include the following relevant information:
a. A 1-paged cover letter indicating the area(s) of expertise.
b. Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and other relevant registration documents.
c. Evidence of Tax Clearance certificate for the last three (3) years.
d. Detailed company profile providing information on staff strength (key personnel, their qualifications, experience), details of directors of the company and office locations.
e. Evidence of a corporate bank account with the same business name.
f. Evidence of relevant experience/technical qualification (where applicable) for the conduct of required service.
g. Three (3) reference letters highlighting similar jobs/services provided.
h. Any other relevant document(s) that could support your EOI.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
All existing vendors with expertise in any referenced category are required to participate in this exercise. As an INGO, WaterAid Nigeria is exempt from VAT, but is legally obligated to deduct and remit Withholding Tax (WHT) in line with relevant Nigerian Tax Laws. WaterAid Nigeria may conduct on-site visits to verify the prospective vendor’s office location, operational capacity, and capability as part of the pre-qualification process.

WaterAid reserves the right to reject any or all the submissions which do not meet the requirements as specified. The evaluation of the received documents shall be strictly based on the requirements as specified above.
WaterAid shall not be responsible for disqualified submissions as a result of omissions by prospective vendors.
