REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR THE SUPPLY OF IT ITEMS

Introduction
WaterAid Nigeria is seeking quotations from qualified vendors for the supply
of the underlisted IT items. We invite your company to submit a competitive
quotation in accordance with the details provided below.

Submission Requirements
Vendors must submit the following documents with their quotation:

  • Detailed price breakdown (unit price and total price, in NGN).
  • Delivery period (from receipt of Purchase Order).
  • Valid company registration documents.
  • Tax Identification Number (TIN) and evidence of tax compliance.

Evaluation Criteria
Quotations will be evaluated based on:

  • Price competitiveness.
  • Delivery lead time.

Conditions

  • Prices should be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes.
  • All items must be delivered to WaterAid Nigeria, Plot 832, Emmanuel
    Aguna Street, Jabi, Abuja.
  • WaterAid Nigeria reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, and
    to annul the process at any time without incurring any liability

NB: WaterAid does not charge / pay 7.5% VAT however, we will deduct Withholding tax and stamp duty and remit your respective tax authorities.
