(1) The Adamawa State Ministry of Education and Human Capital Development is seeking Quotations for the Renovation of Block of Three (3) Classrooms with an Office and Provision of Teaching/Learning Materials at Government Day Secondary School (GDSS) Zah-Hong, Adamawa State.
(2) Your quotation including Form of Quotation and filled-in Section 2 “Priced Activity Schedule (or alternatively Bill of Quantities)” should be submitted Via : saas.bidding/adsbpp.com by 12:00 PM on or before 16th September, 2025.
(3) The price of your quotation shall clearly indicate the total price, and the time and place of executing the works. The work shall be carried out at Government Day Secondary School (GDSS) Zah-Hong, Adamawa State.
(4) Your quotation shall be valid for a period of Sixty (60) days from the deadline for submission of the quotation, your quotation shall include the signed Form of Contract, which will become the contract in case your quotation is retained.
(5) Kindly note while preparing your quotation to build in other applicable taxes as follows:
(a) State University Levy: 2.5%
(b) Stamp duty: 1%
(c) Legal Fee:1%
(d) ADSBPP: 0.25
(e) WHT: 5%
(6) You are required to bid for ALL items in the list of goods/ Activity schedule. A partial bid will not be accepted. In evaluating the quotations, the Adamawa State Ministry of Education and Human Capital Development will adjust for any arithmetical errors as follows:
(a) where there is a discrepancy between amounts in figures and in words, the amount in words will govern;
(b) where there is a discrepancy between the total price in the Priced Activity Schedule (or Bill of Quantities) or the quoted amount indicated in the Form of Quotation, the total price in the Priced Activity Schedule (or Bill of Quantities) shall govern;
(c) where there is a discrepancy between the unit rate and the line-item total resulting from multiplying the unit rate by the quantity, the unit rate as quoted will govern; and
(d) if you refuse to accept the correction, your quotation will be rejected.
