REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR THE CONSTRUCTION/RENOVATION OF SHELTER IN BENUE AND CROSS RIVER STATE
BACKGROUND
Caritas Nigeria is an Agency of the Catholic Bishop Conference of Nigeria (CBCN) established in September 2010 as the specialized national relief and humanitarian development agency that coordinates development interventions for the Catholic Church in Nigeria.
We now call for a technical bid which after evaluation, a financial bid will be requested
VALIDITY
Vendor proposals shall remain valid for 30 calendar days from the deadline of receipt of Proposals.
Technical bid Minimum Requirements:
- Evidence of company’s incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
- Evidence of two years (2022 – 2024) Tax Clearance Certificate
- Comprehensive company profile with registered address, email address, and phone number
- Evidence of successful execution of similar projects in the last two years
Additional Information:
- This proposals solicitation is open and will be very competitive.
- Vendors are allowed to quote for a maximum of 3 lots
- Vendors must have minimum annual turnover of ₦100,000,000
- Proposals that do not meet the required specification will be disqualified
- Vendors who meet the technical bid requirement shall be requested to visit the site
- The successful bidder shall be notified in writing and will be invited to sign a contract for the job.
- Delivery of the Job shall be within 2 months upon receipt of Job Order
