AUCTION SALES OF VEHICLES AND GENERATORS
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) responds to the world’s worst humanitarian crises, helping people to survive, recover, and rebuild their lives. Founded in 1933 at the request of Albert Einstein, the IRC delivers lifesaving care and transformative assistance to individuals forced to flee war, disaster, or persecution. The IRC began operations in Nigeria in 2012, initially responding to severe flooding in Kogi State. As humanitarian needs escalated in the Northeast. IRC expanded to Borno, Adamawa, and Yobe States, later growing into the Northwest, including Zamfara, Katsina, and most recently Sokoto and Plateau States. Across these regions, the IRC implements integrated, multi-sectoral programs focused on health, nutrition, WASH, education, protection, economic recovery, and emergency response, serving both IDPs and host communities. With a head office in Abuja and field presence in some of Nigeria’s most crisis-affected areas, the IRC is committed to empowering vulnerable communities, restoring dignity, and strengthening resilience. Our mission is to help people regain control of their lives in the face of conflict, disaster, and displacement. We do this through strategic partnerships, community engagement, and data-driven approaches that inform sustainable programming and systemic change.

INSPECTION
These Vehicles and Generators may be inspected from Tuesday, 9th September 2025 – Monday, 15th September 2025 (10:00 am to 3:00 pm) at the IRC offices stated below.
Mubi Office: Located along Shuware Garden City, Adjacent Land and Survey Office, Mubi North
Yola Location: No. 6 Garba Chede Street, Karewa extension, Jimeta. Adamawa State
Maiduguri Location: No 1 Leventis Store IRC Warehouse Borno State
BID SUBMISSION
Offers to purchase must be received by the IRC through an online dedicated email as shown below no later than Friday, 19th September 2025, by 11:59 pm.

BID OPENING AND EVALUATION
Submitted offers will be opened and reviewed by the IRC on Monday 22nd September 2025 at 10:00 am, only successful bidders will be contacted.
The subject of the mail must show the Lot being bided for. E.g. “Lot6 (Toyota Hilux – Mubi)”. Note that any mail not carrying a specified subject will be rejected.
Acceptance of your Bid(s) and any other subsequent contract are subject to IRC Terms and Conditions.
