INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF DRILLING TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT RENTAL SERVICES

1.0 INTRODUCTION
Renaissance Africa Energy Company Limited (Renaissance) hereby invites reputable and competent Nigerian Companies with the requisite expertise, experience, skilled manpower and technology to apply to be considered for inclusion in the bid list for the above contract
2.0 SCOPE OF WORK
Drilling Tools and Equipment Rental Services contract provides a wide range of services with supply of equipment rentals and experienced personnel capable of performing Casing and Tubular Running Services, Downhole Tools Services, Fishing and Milling Services & Solid control Services. As part of these the contractors are expected to:
I. Provide comprehensive services design, programme and proforma cost estimate on request
II. Maintain availability of enough equipment and spares required to fulfil Renaissance drilling tools and equipment rental services need.
III. Service and maintain equipment in preparation for call off to Renaissance operations
IV. Provide drilling tools and equipment rental services operations, supervision and maintenance of equipment.
3.0 MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- To be eligible for this tender exercise, interested contractors are required to be pre-qualified in the Product/Service category in the NipeX Joint Qualification System (NJQS) below. Only successfully prequalified suppliers in NJQS database Product Group – (3.04.04 (Casing/Tubing Running services, 3.04.24 Rental of Drill Pipe, Drilling Services (Drilling tool rental, H2S Management, 3.04.11 Fishing / Wireline Fishing Services & 3.04.13 Drilling Fluids / Mud Services Cleaning) will receive Invitation to Technical Tender (ITT).
- Bidders shall be required to respond to TITT & CITT for work scope and comply with the Nigerian content requirement for each of the scope of work.
- To determine if you are pre-qualified and view the product/service category you are listed for, open www.vendors.nipex-ng.com and access NJQS with your login details, click on continue Joint Qualification Scheme tool, click check my supplier status and then click supplier product group.
- If you are not listed in a product/service category and you are registered with NUPRC to do business, contact NipeX office at 827b Oyinkan Abayomi Drive, Ikoyi, Lagos with your NUPRC certificate as evidence for necessary update.
- To initiate the JQS prequalification process, access www.nipex-ng.com to download the application form, make necessary payments and contact NipeX office for further action.
- To be eligible, all tenders must comply with the Nigerian Content Requirements in the NipeX system.
4.0 NIGERIAN CONTENT REQUIREMENTS
Bidders must submit Valid Service and Support (SS) Group NCEC demonstrating ownership/ or agreement with technical partner for the drilling tools and equipment rental services required for the listed services scope – Provision of casing and tubing; Provision of solids control services at the rig site; Provision of downhole tool services; Provision of fishing and milling services
5.0 CLOSING DATE
Only tenderers who are pre-qualified with NJQS in 3.04.04 (Casing/Tubing Running services, 3.04.24-Rental of Drill Pipe, Drilling Services (Drilling tool rental, H2S Management, 3.04.11 Fishing / Wireline Fishing Services & 3.04.13 Drilling Fluids / Mud Services Cleaning as at 16:00hrs on 09/10/2025 being the advert closing date shall be invited to submit Technical Bid and Commercial bids as per double envelope strategy.
