Terms & Conditions
(1) Items are sold on an “AS IS” & “WHERE IS” basis
(2) Refundable Deposit of N1,000,000 for vehicles and heavy equipment, and N200.000 for small items is required.
(3) Each ticket can only win one lot, either a vehicle or a small item.
(4) Buyers are responsible for paying applicable customs duty on vehicles
(5) (a) Participation fee is refundable if the bidder is no successful
(b) Only registered bidders with a bid number will be allowed in the auction yard.
(c) Participation fee to be paid directly to Raji Adewale Associates, refundable after 7 hours post auction upon returning of Bid Card back to the auctioneer or
(d) Buyer’s premium of 0.5% is applicable
