SUBJECT: CALL FOR TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF A TOYOTA HILUX 24/25 MODEL

WaterAid hereby solicits closed bids from suitable registered automobile dealing Companies to provide the following vehicle:

Delivery of 1 No. Toyota Hilux – 2024/2025 Model with the following specifications;

  • 4 Wheel Drive, 2.7 Litre Petrol Engine, Double Cabin, Air Conditioner, Radio / CD Player, Central Lock, Power steering, Windows & Door Locks, Shell Specifications, Side Steps, ABS, Auxilliary Gear, Bedliner, Booth Cover, Bluetooth, Airbags, 4-Speed Automatic Transmission, Leather Seats, Manufactured in Japan, TNL Spec

Qualification criteria
The bidders should submit along with their tender the following;

  • Detail quotation on Company Letter Headed paper with specification, terms of payment and delivery at WaterAid office in Bauchi state.
  • Certificate of incorporation and business registration.
  • Tax clearance certificate for the last three (3) years ie. 2022, 2023 and 2024
  • Evidence of past/similar projects executed
  • Evidence that Bidder is either an original Equipment Manufacturer or is an accredited Representative/Dealer of an original/Equipment manufacturer
  • Evidence of readiness to provide after sales services
  • Evidence of Manufacturers Warranty and Spare parts availability.

Tender period
Interested automobile dealing companies should kindly send their submissions electronically via the Procurement email at procurementng@wateraid.org on or before 7th October, 2025.

Please note that WaterAid will deduct Withholding Tax (WHT) and Stamp Duty on your behalf and remit to the relevant tax authority.
WaterAid reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders and it is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender either in whole or in part.
