INVITATION FOR BID FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION

The Ministry of Works in line with Yobe State public procurement Act (2016) hereby wishes to invite eligible interested bidders/contractors to submit their tender for:

LOT I:
i) Rehabilitation of 59km Road Kaliyali to Bayamari
ii) Rehabilitation of 53km Road Bayamari to Geidam
iii) Overlay/Reconstruction of 72km Road Buni Gari to Teteba
iv) Construction of 2.7km Road Geidam/Bukardi to Dumbol
v) Construction of 3km Township Road and Drainage at Buni-Yadi Town
vi) Construction of 2km Road at Yobe State University, Damaturu
vii) Construction of 1.5km Road at Mai Idriss Aloomaa Polytechnic, Geidam

Lot II
viii) Construction of 18km Road from Nangere to Kayeri
ix) Construction of 13km Road from Mashio to Alagamo
x) Construction of 3km Township Road and Drainage at Potiskum Town

Lot III
xi) Construction of 31km Road from Kumaganam to Karasuwa
xii) Construction of 4km Asphalt Road from Nguru Highway to Karasuwa Galu
xiii) Construction of 3km Township Road and Drainage at Nguru Town
xiv) Construction of 1km Road at College of Education and Legal Studies, Nguru
xv) Construction of 1.5km Road at Galtima Mai Kyari College of Health Sciences, Nguru

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT.

  • Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nig;
  • Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last Three (3) years (2022,2023 & 2024)
  • Company Audited Accounts for three (3) years (2022,2023 & 2024)
  • Company’s profile;
  • Evidence of Financial Capability including Bank reference letter indicating willingness to provide credit facility if/when necessary and needed.
  • Evidence of Registration with Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement.

3. Document for submission should be accompanied with a forwarding letter duly signed by MD or his equivalent to the office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Works along Gashua, Damaturu.
4. Interested eligible bidders/vendors are to submit two copies of their tender documents in a sealed envelope addressed to the office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Works along Gashua, Damaturu, Yobe State, clearly marked Tender document and deliver not later than 12:00 noon on the 6th October, 2025.

5. A Complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested eligible bidders/vendors upon payment of non-refundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira Only (N100, 000.00).
7. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the vendors/bidder’s designated representatives at the conference hall of the office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Works along Gashua, Damaturu by 12:00 noon on the 6th October, 2025.
