EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE POST OF EXTERNAL AUDITOR FOR ABIA STATE UNIVERSITY, UTURU
The Abia State University Governing Council hereby invites applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and practicing firm of Chartered Accountants for consideration as External Auditor for the University.
Responsibility
The External Auditor shall be responsible for the periodic auditing of the Accounts of the University, according to the Law and Financial Regulations governing the Institution.
Qualification
Interested applicants for the position must be registered with the Office of the Auditor-General, Abia State.
Tenure
The appointment will be for five (5) years only, renewable at the discretion of the Governing Council.
Remuneration
Remuneration is negotiable.

Interested applicants should forward their applications, in not less than ten (10) copies, to be addressed to the Registrar/Secretary to the Council, Abia State University, P.M.B 2000, Uturu/ or email: registrar@abiastateuniversity.edu.ng along with details of their curriculum vitae, not later than ten (10) days from the date of this publication.
Applicants should also request their referees to send confidential reports on them, direct to the Registrar/Secretary to Council. Each submission should be in a sealed envelope with the desired post clearly marked at the top left-hand corner.
Only shortlisted applicants will be invited for interview.
