INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
Tenders are hereby invited from suitably qualified companies to execute the projects listed below:
SECONDARY SCHOOLS

Ndokwa West L.G.A Renovation of 1no. six (6) Classroom Block (block B) without Offices at Utagba-Ogbe Girls School, Kwale and Demolition/Construction of 1no. six (6) Classroom Block without Offices at Ebologu Girls Secondary School, Utagba-Uno, Ndokwa West Local Government Area 2. Patani L.G.A Renovation of 1no. six (6) Classroom Block with Offices at Agoloma Secondary School, Patani and Renovation of 1no. six (6) Classroom Block with Offices (block C) at Oporoza Grammar School, Patani Local Government Area 3. Ika South L.G.A Construction of 1no. six (6) Classroom Block with Laboratories and stores at Alihame, Mixed Secondary School, Agbor, Ika South Local Government Area 4. Okpe L.G.A Renovation of 1no. three (3) laboratory block with stores; rehabilitation of 1no. six (6) classroom block without offices and renovation of 1no. eight (8) toilet block at Okuovo Secondary School, Okuovo, Okpe Local Government Area 5. Uvwie L.G.A Demolition/reconstruction of 1no. three (3) classroom blocks without offices at Iteregbi Secondary School, Iteregbi and renovation of school hall with offices and toilets at Alegbo Secondary School, Effurun, Uvwie Local Government Area
2. Tender Application Forms and Documents are to be collected from Tenders Board Secretariat, Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education, Asaba, upon non-refundable payment of the prescribed fee as contained in 3(v.).
3. Tenders, must be accompanied by the following:
i. Evidence of registration with Delta State Government;
ii. Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission;
iii. Evidence of valid Tax Clearance Certificate;
iv. Verifiable contact address of Business Office(s) premises, Utilities Bill etc;
v. Evidence of payment of non-refundable Tender fee of N150,000.00 (One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira) for the above projects.
vi. Evidence of Professional/Technical Qualifications;
vii. Evidence of Financial capability;
viii. Evidence of previous jobs successfully executed;
ix. Evidence of DSIR Card;
4. Tenderers are advised to visit and inspect the project sites before tendering. For this purpose, tenderers should contact the Director, Planning, Research and Statistics, Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education, Asaba for guidance.
5. All Tender documents which should be in two copies each, together with the completed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) should be put in a wax-sealed envelope addressed to:

6. The project title should be clearly marked at the top left hand corner of the envelope.
7. Tenderers should note that the Board in considering the tenders would not be bound to accept the lowest or any bidder.
8. Late bids after Friday 31st October, 2025 by 12 noon, will be rejected.
9. Tenders will be opened at 10.00a.m. Monday, 3rd November, 2025 in the presence of Bidders or Bidders’ representatives who choose to be present at the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education Conference Room, Cluster E, 3rd Floor, Prof. Chike Edozien Secretariat, Asaba.
