REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FOR THE SUPPLY OF PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)
CLIENT: FAMILY HOMES FUNDS LIMITED
(1) INTRODUCTION
Family Homes Funds Limited (FHFL) is a government-backed housing finance institution established in 2016 to accelerate the delivery of affordable housing and stimulate job creation across Nigeria. The company is jointly owned by the Ministry of Finance Incorporated (MOFI) and the Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority (NSIA).
Family Homes Funds Limited (FHFL) has accessed a grant from the African Development Bank (AfDB) under the Technical Assistance Grant Funding for the Youth Entrepreneurship and Innovation (YEI) Multi-Donor Trust Fund.
Under this program, FHFL aims to train 2,000 skilled and semi-skilled artisans across various project sites nationwide. These trainees will require Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while undergoing training, in line with safety regulations and best practices.
FHFL therefore invites reputable PPE suppliers or general contractors to submit proposals for the supply and delivery of the PPE items listed below.
(2) SCOPE OF SUPPLY
The scope of supply shall include the provision and delivery of the following items:

Note:
- Bidders should provide a logistics and service costs for Abuja delivery (Karsana Renewed Hope City).
- Delivery costs for other locations will be determined on a need basis.
