GUBIO LOCAL GOVERNMENT COUNCIL, BORNO STATE
INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
This is to inform the general public that the local government council wishes offer the contract for:
1. Construction of District Head Palace with Perimeter Fencing in Gubio Town-
2. Procurement of Furniture to Secretariat and Government Lodge, Gubio.
The following are the requirements/documents to be submitted by prospectiv tenders, which should be arranged in this order;
a) Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
b) Evidence with PPA (Former Tender Board)
c) Tax Clearance Certificate for 3 years.
d) Evidence with compliance with PENCOM.
e) VAT registration and evidence remittance.
All the above should be in the profile of the company and any other informatic that may technically qualify your company for the work.
2. COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Bid documents can be collected at the office of the local Government Secretar Gubio Local Government secretariat complex on presentation of payment recei of nonrefundable payment Tender fees of N10,000 only from 10:00am daily.
3. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
- All tenders are to be submitted in a sealed envelope in Gubio Town at the top the right-hand corner, indicating the above-mentioned projects, respectively.
- All eligible contractors/companies should forward their pre-qualificatio documents to the office of the Chairman Local Government council Tender Boar committee, Gubio Local Government Secretariat Borno State.
N.B: Only successful contractors will be contacted after opening the tender.
