INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF POWER GENERATING SET (CORRIGENDUM)
1.It may be recalled that the Tribunal placed advertisement in the Nation as well as Blue Print Newspapers of Monday, 13th October, 2025, thereby inviting experienced and interested suppliers to submit bids for the supply of Generator as contained in the 2025 Appropriation Act.
2. The Tribunal intends to draw the attention of the public for the misrepresentation in the deadline for the submission and opening of the bids which was published as 12.00 noon on Monday, October 27th, 2025 and to state that the correct deadline for the submission and opening of the bids is now Monday, November 17th, 2025.
3. Kindly note that the Opening of Technical Bid Documents will be conducted immediately after the deadline for submission at 12.00 noon on Monday 17th November, 2025 in the presence of Bidders and their representatives, Private Professional Bodies and other concerned bodies.
