INVITATION TO TENDER FOR BUILDING CONSTRUCTION WORKS FOR KNOWLEDGE NETWORK FOR DISEASE CONTROL AND VIGILANCE (KNCV) NIGERIA – CORPORATE HEAD OFFICE PROJECT, ABUJA

Knowledge Network for disease Control and Vigilance (KNCV) Nigeria invites qualified and experienced building construction companies to submit expression of interest and proposals for the construction of its new Corporate Head Office located in Abuja, Nigeria.

Project Overview:

Type of Project: Corporate Head Office Building

Location: Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria

Structure Details: 5 Storey twin-tower office complex with 2 levels of underground/ground-level car park

Scope of Work: Complete building construction and structural works, including but not limited to:

  • Civil works to shell stage
  • Masonry
  • Electrical and mechanical installations

Finishing and external works not included

The approved building plan will be provided on request.

Project Mode:
All materials will be supplied by Knowledge Network for Disease Control and Vigilance (KNCV) Nigeria.

Contractor is responsible for labor, tools, supervision, equipment, technical expertise, and execution of the project.

Eligibility Criteria:
Interested construction companies must demonstrate the following:

  • Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in Nigeria
  • Valid tax clearance certificates for the last 3 years
  • Verifiable experience in similar large-scale commercial construction projects (minimum of 3 similar projects completed in the last 5 – 7 years)
  • Proven financial and technical capacity to deliver within agreed timelines
  • Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policy and implementation record
  • Availability of qualified engineering and supervisory personnel

Submission Guidelines:
Interested firms are requested to submit the following documents:

  • Company profile
  • Evidence of similar completed projects with references
  • Technical proposal outlining work plan and timeline
  • Financial quotation (labor-only costs)
  • Copies of relevant registrations and certifications

All submissions should be sent in sealed envelopes (or via official email as specified), clearly marked:
