Method of Submission:
Interested Companies MUST SUBMIT the information below:
- Completed Intent to Bid form and Supplier Information Form
- Company Business Registration – Corporate Affairs Corporation (CAC)
- Valid Company Tax Clearance Certificate – (2022, 2023, and 2024)
