REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI), INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT) AND SUBMISSION OF BILL OF QUANTITIES (BOQ) FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION

The Ministry of Information, Culture & Tourism, Lafia, Nasarawa State, invites reputable and competent companies/contractors for Expression of Interest (EOI) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for the following under listed projects:

1. Construction of Cultural Center, Lafia (MICT/WKS/2025/001)
Scope of work:

  • Architectural design and civil works for Cultural Theatre Complex, Crafts Shops,Shops for Rentals, Cafeteria, Administrative Block and Traditional Outdoor Sit-out, Conference Hall
  • Electrical and Mechanical installations including stage lighting and sound system
  • Exterior and Interior designs that is culturally relevant, Accoustics, Finishing, landscaping and auxiliary materials

2. Development of Recreational Facilities and Resort at Peperuwa Lake, Assakio (MICT/WKS/2025/002)
Scope of Work:

  • Architectural designs and civil works for (20 Nos multiple composites facilities):
  • Resort Building,
  • Staff Quarters
  • Maintenance Unit
  • Canteen
  • Admin Block
  • Camp Fire
  • Relaxation Huts
  • Standalone Suite
  • 10 Nos Chalets (twin)

3. Construction of Farin Ruwa Film Village Wamba. (MICT/WKS/2025/003)
Scope of Work:

  • Architectural designs and civil works for numerous composites facilities; Three Replica Traditional Settlement of (Emir Palace/ Hausa Settlement, Oba’s Palace/Yoruba Settlement and Igwe Palace/Igbo Settlement) Mini Theatre (250 Sits), Auditorium, Costume Room, Ticket Office, Conference Hall/Board Room, Clinic, ICT Office, Green Room, Special Effect Studio, Rest Room, Security Room, Perimeter Fencing, Bar/Restaurant, Kitchen, Laundry Room, Boreholes, Accommodation.
  • Electrical and Mechanical Installations
  • Exterior and Interior Designs, Finishing and Landscaping

4. Construction of Mama – Marhal- Massange to Farin Ruwa Road, Wamba (MICT/WKS/2025/004).
Scope of Work:

  • Distance 15.4 km
  • Clearance and Construction to a finish of Double Coat Surface Dressing or Asphaltic Concrete (Binder Course)
  • Culverts, Drainage,Bridge.
  • Pedestrian Walk Way

5. Construction of Road from Assakio- Tunga Nupawa Lafia (MICT/WKS/2025/005).
Scope of Work:

  • Distance 7.15 km
  • Double Coat Surface Dressing to Finish
  • Culverts, Bridges.

6. Purchase of Printing Press Equipment (MICT/GDS/2025/001)
Scope of Goods:
LOT 1: Pre-Press (Brand New Equipment)

  • Dell Laptops. Desktop Computers, Flash Drives, Hard Disks.

LOT 2: INVERTER

  • 10KVA Inverter(Pure sine wave 24/48 volt) with 20kw Lithium Iron Battery.

LOT 3: Press (Brand New and Foreign Used)

7. Purchase of Two Utility Vehicles (MICT/GDS/2025/002)

  • Cooling facilities

Prospective companies are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive details of each project specifications upon payment of non-refundable bid fee from the Ministry, and to submit their quotations in their desired areas, along with the under-listed documents. Bidders who wish to apply are expected to undertake sight survey on the project’s sites.

i. Contractor’s Certificate of Registration with Nasarawa State Bureau of Public Procurement (NSBPP)
ii. CAC Certificate
iii. Tax Clearance Certificate
iv. Evidence of Experience (minimum of five years) and Technical Personnel Qualifications
v. Evidence of Compliance with PENCOM, Nigeria Social Insurance & ITF
vi. Last three years Audited Account
vii. Submit Ten (10) copies of the Quotation showing both Technical and Financial proposals
viii. For Joint ventures, Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) must be attached
ix. All quoted prices must be in Naira (N) only and should be inclusive of all relevant tax elements applicable in the State.

The application should be addressed in a written form and sealed to; The Secretary, Procurement Committee, Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism, Lafia not later than two (2) weeks from the day of this publication.

The Ministry reserves the right of pre-qualifying companies that meets its requirements, who will be contacted for further dealings.
