CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE DEVELOPMENT, OPERATION AND MANAGEMENT OF LAND ASSETS UNDER PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP ARRANGEMENT.
The authority of Oyo State Housing Corporation invites qualified local and international investors to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) for the development, operation and management of land assets under Public Private Partnership arrangement.
The Focus Sites are:
- AJODA NEW TOWN GOLF ESTATE
Development and Construction of an 18 holes Golf Course and Golf Estate at Ajoda New Town. - OWODE ESTATE APATA
Sites and Services at Owode Estate Apata.
Scope
The Corporation seeks credible partners to finance ,design and operate these sites in line with the Corporation’s standard ensuring sustainability and strong returns on investment.
Eligibility
The EOI is open to interested firms and joint ventures with proven financial Capability, Experience and Successful track record in built sector.
EOI Submission
To be submitted to the office of the Chairman Oyo State Housing Corporation Bodija.

- EOI Launch: 14th October 2025
- Deadline for clarification and questions: 21st October, 2025
- Site Visitation: October 27th-31st 2025
