INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
INTRODUCTION:
In compliance with the Public Procurement Re-Enactment Law no 4, 2020 Of Ekiti State, Aiyekire Local Government council Ode Ekiti is in the process of executing one of its Capital Projects, in view of the forgoing background, suitable interested qualified and reputable companies/contractor are hereby invited to submit tender for its Invitation to Tender Notice in respect of the following project:
1. Construction of 120 meters line drainage concrete to concrete and access ring culvert of (0.85 x 0.9 x 5)m3 at Odo Emure Street, Agbado Ekiti.
2. Construction of 120 metres line drainage concrete to concrete ring culvert of (0.85 x 0.9 x 5)m3 at Ekuye Street Isinbode Ekiti.
ELIGIBILITY
Interested Contractors are requested to submit the listed documents which will be used as the criteria for technical evaluation of all bids:
i. Evidence of registration of the Company with Cooperative Affairs Commission (CAC)
ii. Evidence of registration of the Company with Aiyekire Local Government
iii. Evidence of registration of the Company with the Bureau of Local Content iv. Evidence of the Company’s 3years Tax Clearance immediately proceeding this year
v. Evidence of the Company’s Financial Capability to handle the project or letter of Assurance from the Company’s banker.
vi. Evidence of at least one verifiable similar job previously executed by the Company/Contractor, to be accompanied by the letter of Award of Contract, photographs and valuation certificate in respect of same.
COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Interested Contractor shall collect tender form/ document from the Procurement Office of Aiyekire Local Government at the Council Secretariat, upon the payment of ₦125,000.00 non-refundable tender fee into Aiyekire Local Government IGR UBA Bank Account Number 1014549383 from the hours of 10.00am to 3.00pm daily excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
SUBMISSION OF TENDER:
Completed technical and financial bids shall be submitted in a sealed brown envelop clearly showing the Description of the Project, and Name of the Contractor on top of the envelope addressed to The Chairman, Aiyekire Local Government Council and any bid submitted not in Compliance with this notice will be rejected or returned.
OPENING DATE: 7TH NOVEMBER 2025 BY 12:00 NOON
CLOSING DATE: Submission of tender bid shall be closed by 12.00 noon, THURSDAY 4TH DECEMBER 2025.
OPENNING OF BID AND VENUE:
Completed bid documents Submitted by the Contractors shall be publicly opened by 9AM on FRIDAY 5TH DECEMBER, 2025 at Aiyekire Local Government Chamber. Tenderers or their representatives and other members of the general public are all invited to witness opening of the bids.
