INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
INTRODUCTION
The JIGAWA STATE COLLEGE OF EDUCATION (COE) GUMEL invites reputable contractors to submit tenders for the renovation of Junior Staff Houses and classroom blocks in Gumel Town. The projects consist of:
- Lot 1: Renovation of 13 Junior Staff Houses
- Lot 2: Renovation of 2 blocks of 2 classrooms
- Lot 3: Renovation of 1 block of 2 classrooms
Eligibility Requirements:
Companies must submit CAC registration, audited accounts, tax clearance (3 years), evidence of financial capability, turnover of at least ₦50 million, proof of similar projects, VAT documents, pension/tax compliance, sworn affidavit, and Due Process/Business Premises Registration. Bidders without complete documents will be disqualified.
Collection of Documents:
Tender documents are available from 27 Nov 2025 to 8 Jan 2026, upon payment of ₦500,000.
Submission:
Bids must be submitted in separate technical and financial envelopes, including a 2% bid security, and delivered to the Registrar not later than 12:00 noon on the bid opening day. Bid validity is 120 days.
Opening of Bids:
Only technical bids will be opened immediately after the submission deadline at Barrister Ali Sa’adu Hall.
General Information:
Late bids will be rejected; only pre-qualified bidders’ financial bids will be opened. The College may cancel the process at any time, and bidders bear all preparation costs.
