INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
1.0 INTRODUCTION
In compliance with public procurement law 2016 of Kaduna State, Kubau Local Government Council is in the process of carrying out some procurement for the fourth quarter of 2025. In view of the foregoing background, suitably interested, qualified and reputable companies are hereby invited to Submit tender for its invitation to tender Notice in respect of the following projects:
1. Construction of one cell 3.5 box culvert with retaining walls at Danhauya, Damau.
2. Construction of one block of two Classroom with office at Wagaho.
3. Renovation & Re- construction of one block of two classroom with office at Wagaho.
4. Renovation of Primary Health Care at Danmalikin Chikaji, Pambegua. 4.
5. Construction of 1st & 2nd gate with 2 open market stall & double cell rings at Pambegua Modern Market.
6. Construction of box culvert at Makara Huta, Dutsen Wai.
7. Renovation & Upgrading of LG Secretariat Mosque.
8. Renovation of one block of two classroom with office and Store at BATC, Anchau.
9. Renovation of one block of two classroom with office at UBE Kazumtu.
10. Construction of access drainage at Malale, Bala Banki, Kwanan Yanbanga and Hawan Dokoki.
11. Construction of Box cell 2.5m x 2.5m culvert with retaining walls at Nasarawa.
12. Construction of double cell 200mm rings culvert with sand concrete drags at Hayin Bayan Stadium.
ELIGIBILITY
Interested Companies are required to Submit the under listed documents which will be used as criteria for technical and/or financial evaluation of all bids:
i. Evidence of registration of the Company with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
ii. Evidence of the Company’s tax income clearance certificate of at least 2 years immediately proceeding this year.
iii. Evidence of Companies Financial Capability to handle these project with letter of assurance from Companies bankers
iv. Evidence of at least one verifiable similar job previously executed by the Company to be accompanied by letter of award of Contract, photographs and valuation certificate in respect of same.
v. Evidence of registration with Kaduna state relevant agency.
COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Interested Company shall collect tender form/document from the procurement office in Kubau Local Government Council Secretariat, upon payment of nonrefundable tender fees per Procurement from Monday 3rd November, 2025 Sunday 9th November, 2025 from the hours of 10.00 am to 3:00 pm daily including Saturdays and Sundays.
SUBMISSION OF TENDER
Completed technical and/or financial bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly showing the Description of the project, (procurement) and name of the Contractor on top of the envelope addressed to The Chairman Kubau Local Government Council and any bid Submitted not in Compliance with this notice will be rejected or returned.
CLOSING DATE
Submission of tender bid shall be closed by 12:00 noon on Sunday 9th November, 2025.
OPENING OF BID AND VENUE
Completed bid documents Submitted by the Companies will be publicly opened by 11:00 am on Monday 10th, November, 2025 at Kubau Local Government Council Chamber. Tenderers or their representatives and other members of the general public are all invited to witness opening of the bids.
