INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB) FOR THE SUPPLY OF OFFICE EQUIPMENTS
IFB: LSMOH/GD/RFQ-11-B/2025
The Lagos State Ministry of Health (LSMOH) is a Principal Recipient (PR) of the Global Fund Resilient and Sustainable Systems for Health (RSSH) Grant. As the Principal Recipient, the Ministry of Health is legally responsible for the management of the grant, whilst ensuring the achievement of the programmatic results and accountability of the grant’s resources.
Subsequently, the Ministry of Health established the Grant Management Unit (GMU) to work with other implementing units within the Ministry and implementing partners in executing and implementing various programs in compliance with the grant agreement signed between The Global Fund and LSMOH.
The GMU invites prospective vendors to submit responses for the Supply of Office Equipments at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital PCR Laboratory (LASUTH PCR LAB)
For this purpose, you will find enclosed details of work to be executed. You are requested to complete this schedule providing us your best offer and return this to us not later than 5:00 PM of 27th November 2025.
Note: Bidders shall send and submit their completed quotation electronically to proc.gmulsmoh@gmail.com.
The price of your quotation shall clearly indicate the total price and the time and place of delivery of the service. The delivery shall be made at the LAGOS STATE UNIVERSITY TEACHINH HOSPITAL PCR LABORATORY, Ikeja, Lagos within one week from the date of award.
Your quotation shall remain valid for 90 days. Your quotation shall include the signed Form of Contract, which will become the contract in case your quotation is retained.

The Requestor reserves the right to evaluate and issue an award per line item.
Advance payment shall not be considered or made to any recommended vendor.
