INVITATION TO TENDER FOR 2025 PROCUREMENT
INTRODUCTION:
Community Aid Connect is a not – for profit organisation engaged in providing access to Basic Education for out of school children in Nigeria.
Community Aid Connect hereby invites interested but competent Printer/Contractors/Suppliers to tender for the supply of following:
LOT 1
- 200 pcs i-Solar Radio with flashlight, USB, solar panel, & Bluetooth
- 8,000 packets of Crayons (6 per pack)
- 1,350 packets of pre-sharpened pencils with cleaner (12 per pack)
- 8,000 white erasers
- 600 sharpeners
LOT 2
- 200 Attendance trackers Size: A3
- 8000 Notebooks Size: A4
Vendors should select only either Lot 1 or Lot 2. Any submission for both lots will be disqualified. The successful vendors will be expected to convey the required materials to Community Aid connect Initiative office in Kano and so should include the cost of conveyance in their submission.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE:
Interested companies are invited to submit their expressions of interest by Monday, 15th December, 2025. Late submissions will not be considered.
SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:
Please submit your expression of interest, along with relevant company details and a portfolio of previous work in hard-copy to Suite 108, First Floor, Work & Connect, 50 Ebitu Ukiwe Street, Jabi, Abuja.
NOTE: Submitting an expression of interest does not commit Community Aid Connect to awarding a contract. This is an invitation for companies to express their interest and showcase their capabilities.
