INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
This is to invite suitably qualified contractors for pre-qualification to tender for the execution of the following projects:
(1) Rehabilitation of public schools (primary, secondary and Islamiya)
(2) General renovation of Local Government Secretariat at Gwaramaja
(3) Rehabilitation of classroom block and construction of additional classes on top at Masaka Primary School, Kofar Mazugal
(4) Construction of road and drainage at Layin Dan Zago, Gobirawa Ward
(5) Construction of road and drainage at Layin Party Chairman, Goron Dutse Dala Ward
(6) Construction of road and culvert from Yan Katako to Tsani, Yar Garau Garau, Gobarawa Ward
(7) Rehabilitation of classroom block and construction of additional classes on top at Yammata Primary School, Gobirawa
(8) Rehabilitation of classroom block and construction of additional classes on top at Gorondutse Primary School, Kofar Mazugal
(9) Rehabilitation of classroom block and construction of additional classes on top at Yelwa Primary School
(10) Construction of road and drainage from Titin Yamma Titin Bature at Gobarawa Ward
(11) Rehabilitation of classroom block and construction of additional classes on top at Gobarawa Primary School

(24) Upgrading of residential buildings (District Head)
(25) Provision of water facilities (hand pump) 12 wards
(26) Construction/provision of hospitals/health centers care
(27) Upgrading of UBA Gaya Gwaramaia Health Center
(28) Rehabilitation/construction of 5 daily prayer mosques
(29) Rehabilitation of Juma’at mosques
(30) Construction of security gates at various locations
(31) Construction of temporary shade at 12 wards
(32) Construction of solar-powered boreholes at 12 wards
(33) Rehabilitation of cemeteries.
(34) Completion of Nigerian Special Constabulary Office at Dragon Square, Kurna, Gobarawa Ward
(35) Interlocking tiles at Civil Defence Dala Division
(36) Evacuation of drainage, demolition of culverts, relaying of interlocks and installation of solar pole base at L.C.S.
(37) Construction of culvert and laterite filling at Layin Benaye, Gobarawa
(38) Mini renovation of Magistrate Court at Gwaramaja
(39) Renovation of Masallacin Danladi Dankada at Kabuwaya
(40) Construction and fixing of security gates at Yujin Yan Goro Market
(42) Construction of drainage and slabs, interlock at Lokon Makwanta at kofar ruwa road
(43) General renovation of Kurnar Asabe Primary School
(44) Construction of Vigilante Office at Kurnar Asabe layin pole
(45) Construction and fixing of security gate at Ugelan Yangoro
(46) Re construction of drainage slab and interlock at madabo and masakar kuda in adakawa ward
(47) Installation of solar energy street lights at Adakawa to Madabo in Adakawa ward.
(48) Construction of security gete (anti criminal pass)at arzai makarantar malam manzo arzai K/mazugal ward.
(49) Reconstruction of drainage, slab, and interlock at unguwar arewa and lungun na Duwala arzai makarantar malam manzo arzai in K mazugal ward
(50) Construction of slab and crossing culverts at Arzai makarantar malam manzo arzai in K/ mazugal ward.
Pre-Qualification Documentation
Prospective contractors must satisfy all the required and necessary pre-qualification conditions, criteria, and procedures laid down by all the relevant authorities.
Submission of Pre-Qualification Documents
All pre-qualification documents of either of the above projects are to be delivered on or before two (2) weeks from the date of notice (31 December, 2025), in sealed envelopes and boldly marked “Pre-Qualification to Tender”, and addressed to:
