INVITATION TO BID FOR ESTABLISHMENT MPA/MSA IN BORNO, NIGERIA.
The International Rescue Committee, hereinafter referred to as “the IRC”, is a non-profit, humanitarian agency that provides relief, rehabilitation, protection, resettlement services, and advocacy for refugees, displaced persons and victims of oppression and violent conflict.
The IRC invites qualified and reputable vendors to participate in a competitive bidding process for the establishment of Master Purchase Agreements (MPA) and Master Service Agreements (MSA) for the supply of goods and services across various categories within Borno State and its areas of Intervention within Nigeria. It is the intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) to secure competitive offers from Vendor(s) who can effectively support the IRC Nigeria Country Program in meeting its operational and programmatic supply needs.
All eligible and interested vendors are encouraged to submit their complete proposals to IRCNigeriaTender@rescue.org on or before the indicated deadline.

- INCOMPLETE SUBMISSIONS, OR BIDS SUBMITTED WITHOUT ALL REQUIRED DULY COMPLETED AND SIGNED BIDDING DOCUMENTS, WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DISQUALIFIED.
