REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RPF) FOR THE PROVISION OF TRANSPORTATION SERVICE FOR MALARIA CONSORTIUM PROJECT IN ABUJA, NIGERIA.

(A) Malaria Consortium

(B) Administrative Information
(1) The intent of this RFP to secure competitive proposals to select car hire service providers to support Malaria Consortium program activities and travels within Federal Capital Territories, Abuja and inter-state from and to Abuja, Nigeria for the period of Two (2) years.
(2) This tender dossier comprises the following documents:
- The Request for Proposal (RFP) document
- The Bidder Response Document (BRD)
(3) Interested bidders are to submit proposals in softcopy to tenders@malariaconsortium.org with the following reference in the subject: ‘MC-NG-ABJ-CORE-2025-003-TRANSPORTATION SERVICE’.
(4) Bids must be received by Monday 29 December 2025 by 17:00 (5pm, GMT+7). Bids submitted after the deadline will NOT be accepted.
