Submission Guidelines
- Bidders are expected to offer their best rates to ensure value for money.
- Deadline for submission: 30/12/2025 by 16:00 hrs.

- Submissions sent to the wrong email addresses will be outrightly disqualified.
- Vendors are required to sign and stamp each page of the RFQ document before submission to confirm acceptance of the terms and conditions.
