All items for sale will be on display from 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM at the address below for inspection. The public auction will start at 2.30 PM on the dates shown below:
Public Display of items: Friday 19th December 2025.
Inspection of items: 11:30am – 2:30pm
Start of Public Auction: 2.30 PM and adjourns at 5:00 PM on 19th Deceember, 2025
Location: UN House, Plot 617/618 Diplomatic Drive, Central Business Area, Abuja; UN House Compound
CONDITIONS OF SALE:
- UNICEF will not provide any assistance (Manpower or Mechanical) for any of the items purchased.
- Successful bidders will be required to make full payment immediately by Bank Transfer. Cheques are not accepted.
- Interested buyers are hereby informed that the vehicles were imported duty free. Therefore, they are expected to pay the applicable customs duty before release of the vehicles to the successful buyer.
- All Items purchased (except vehicles) must be removed from UN premises immediately after receipt of payment by the auctioneer and document handover of the items to the successful buyer.
- A REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of N500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Naira Only) in favour of LANSAR AGHAJI & CO is required to access the venue of the auction. This will be returned to you if you did not win any bid.
- Return of bought items is not allowed.
