EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR SOLAR EPC CONTRACTOR AND RELATED RENEWABLE ENERGY SERVICE PROVIDERS
1. Project Overview
Yieldplay Energy Pty Ltd (“Yieldplay”), an international renewable energy developer operating across Africa and Asia, is undertaking several solar photovoltaic (PV) system installation projects in Nigeria.
As part of its commitments to local participation and capacity building, YieldPlay hereby invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced Solar Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractors, solar installers, and related energy service providers in Nigeria to carry out civil, mechanical, and electrical installations of Solar PV systems across Nigeria.
Successful applicants will be pre-qualified and registered for consideration in the project implementation activities over a period of 36 months.
2. Categories of Registration
S/N Category i Solar PV systems (Utility, Commercial & Industrial, and Mini-grids) ii Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) installation and integration iii Civil, Mechanical and Electrical works associated with PV system installation iv Operation and Maintenance (O/M) Services v Supply of related Solar PV materials and Balance of System (BOS)
3. Mandatory Requirements
S/N Requirement i Company profile and Certificate of Incorporation in Nigeria ii Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC) iii Proof of compliance with Nigerian regulations and industrial standards, including NEMSA and COREN licenses where required iv Details of technical qualifications, personnel, and certifications v Evidence of experience in solar PV projects (minimum of three references or completion letters)
