REQUEST FOR BID (RFB) FOR SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF SOLAR POWER SYSTEM AND LEAD LINING OF COMPUTED TOMOGRAPHY (C.T) SCAN ROOM WITH ACCESSORIES AT EBONYI STATE DIAGNOSTIC CENTRE OFEREKPE AGBAJA, IZZI LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA IN EBONYI STATE OF NIGERIA.
(1.0) INTRODUCTION:
The Federal Government of Nigeria on behalf of Ebonyi State Government has received Credit from the World Bank towards the cost of improving utilization and quality Immunization Plus and . Malaria Services in selected States of the Federation and intends to apply part of the Proceeds towards the payment for Supply and Installation of 300KVA Solar Power System arid Lead lining of CT Scan room with Accessories at Ebonyi State Diagnostic Centre, Oferekpe Agbaja, Izzi Local Government Area in Ebonyi State of Nigeria.
The Ebonyi State Government through the Project Implementation Unit of Immunization plus and Malaria Progress by Accelerating Coverage, and Transforming Services (IMPACT) Project now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Supply and Installation of Solar system and the Lead Lining of Computed Tomography (C-T Scan) room with Accessories as.’-detailed’ below:

BIDDING PROCEDURES:
Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) Procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers 2020 (” Procurement Regulation”) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulation. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 3.14 to 3.17 in the ’Procurement Regulation’ on the Conflict of interest.

PAYMENT FOR BIDDING DOCUMENTS:
A complete set of bidding documents in English Language may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One hundred thousand naira (N100,000.00) only for the purchase of the set of the bidding documents of each lot. The method of payment will be by Bank Draft issued in favor of Ebonyi State IMPACT Counterpart Fund account no. 1225143840 Zenith Bank PLC. A copy of the Bidding Document can be sent to the bidder upon request through a Courier firm at the service and cost to the bidder.
BID SUBMISSION AND OPENING:
Bids must be delivered to the Address below on or before 12.00 noon on the 23 January, 2026. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders ‘designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below by 12.00 noon on 23 January, 2026.
