INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION UNDER THE YEAR 2025 CAPITAL APPROPRIATION PROJECTS (ADDENDUM)
This is to formally notify all bidders and stakeholders that during the Pre-Qualification and Tender Opening Exercise held on Tuesday, 15th October, 2025, certain unforeseen circumstances occurred which were beyond the control of the Centre.
Specifically, the exercise experienced technical disruptions, which affected the opening process. Necessitating suspension to ensure accuracy and compliance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act, 2007.
In view of the above, the Management of the Federal Medical Centre, Daura, hereby issues this addendum to formally inform all participating bidders and the general public that the process has been cancelled
The Centre regrets any inconvenience this development may have caused and appreciates the cooperation and understanding of all stakeholders as it strives to uphold transparency, fairness, and due process.
