EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE PROVISION OF HEALTH INSURANCE FOR GIZ NIGERIA
The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is desirous of a health insurance provider that has the relevant experience, track record and professional skills; capacity and technical resources to provide comprehensive medical health insurance cover to GIZ National Personnel and their qualified dependants.
- PROVISION OF HEALTH INSURANCE FOR GIZ NIGERIA
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested and qualified companies to express their interest by furnishing GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
(a) An official letter expressing interest on the Company Letterhead
(b) Comprehensive Company Profile including organogram or organization structure
(c) Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). (Inclusive of CAC certification, memorandum of association, status report).
(d) Evidence of active license by National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA).
(e) Evidence of Director and Officer’s Liability insurance (D&O)
(f) Evidence of Tax clearance certificate for 2022, 2023 and 2024/2025 with an average annual turnover (at least NGN 302,964,717.3).
(g) An average number of employees (at least 50 employees) and management team for the past three calendar years.
(h) Evidence of at least five reference contracts/projects in health insurance management.
(i) Evidence of at least five reference contracts/projects in Nigeria in the last 36 months.
(j) Evidence of Digital Health and Telemedicine Integration.
(k) Evidence of providing health management services for at least five international organizations.
