INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
Ibarapa East Local Government, Eruwa hereby notifies the general public of its readiness to embark on Asphaltic Overlay of Alayande/old Garage/Isaba/ Oke-Ola Junction Road, Eruwa in the Local Government headquarters with Length as 1.8KM and Av. Width -8.5M. Consequently, interested members of public or bidders are required to within fourteen (14) days thereof submit their expression of interest to the Executive Chairman of the Local Government.
PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR BIDDING:
(i) Payment of Non-refundable registration and tender fees
(ii) Submission of Certificate of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
(iii) Submission of Three (3) Immediate Past Years’ Evidence of Tax Payment
(iv) Submission of Bank Performance Bond from a Reputable Bank or Registered Insurance Company.
(v) Three (3) Copies of Bill of Engineering Measurement Evaluation (BEME)
(vi) Submission of Formal Evidence of Execution of Similar Projects in the immediate Past
Interested Bidders are to Submit their Papers of interest in a sealed Brown Envelope, Addressed to “The Executive Chairman Ibarapa East Local Government, Eruwa.
