REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ JDPI MAIDUGURI OFFICE-NHF-JDPI MAID 29-12-2025-05) FOR THE SUPPLY OF TOM BROWN GRAINS TO JDPI MAIDUGURI MICHIKA OFFICE, UNDER THE NHF PROJECT.
Note: All Quotation must be submitted within Seven Days from the day of this publication either through this mail (procurement@jdpcmaiduguri.org) or hard copy into the bid box at JDPI Maiduguri Head Office.
Terms and Conditions
- Confirmation that items can be supplied within Seven (7) days from the receipt of purchase order.
- Item descriptions/specifications must be clearly captured and unit price to avoid disqualification.
- Grains must meet quality standards, required measurements, free from weevils, free from harmful chemicals that are used for preservative measures.
- All relevant documents including CAC, Valid ID Card, CAC Status report, Updated tax clearance, previous work experience and all other related documents are to be attached along with the quotation.
- Price Validity: Note that the unit price specified should be valid for a minimum period of 3 months.
- Acceptance of JDPI MAIDUGURI payment terms: 100% payment to be made Within 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks) after delivery and counter signature of a Good Received Note confirming acceptance of goods by JDPI MAIDUGURI Head Office.
- Date of Quotation, signature, and stamp of legally authorized signatory.
- 2% withholding Tax (WHT) will be deducted from the total amount and be remitted to relevant tax authorities.
- All questions or clarification related to the RFQ must be submitted by e-mail at procurement@jdpcmaiduguri.org
- Delivery Location: JDPI MAIDUGURI Michika Office at Low- Coast Housing Estate, Along Mundra Hotel Road, Michika L.G.A. Adamawa State
