The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Representation Office Abuja, Nigeria, invites qualified telecommunication service providers to make a firm offer for the establishment of Frame Agreement(s) for the provision of Prepaid and Post-paid Voice Calls and Data Services in Lots to UNHCR Nigeria across its office locations in Abuja, Maiduguri and Ogoja (LOTS A, B, and C respectively).
