Yobe State- Invitation To Bid For Projects Execution (4 Lot)

INVITATION TO BID FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION

Government House, Damaturu, in line with the State public procurement law (2016) hereby wishes to invite reputable interested contractors/suppliers with requisite expertise and experience to submit their bids for:

• Lot 1: External works at newly constructed Aid Quarters at Yobe Presidential Lodge, Damaturu.
• Lot 2: Procurement of Indoor and Outdoor Units of concealed Air Conditioning system to the newly constructed Governor’s Wing, Government House, Damaturu.
• Lot 3: Procurement of Wood Cladding and Internal Decoration of Governor’s Wing at Government, Damaturu.
• Lot 4: Construction of Drainage system and Paving of newly constructed Governor’s Wing at Government House, Damaturu.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT

• Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nig;
• Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC) for the last Three (3) years (2023, 2024 & 2025)
• Company Audited Accounts for three (3) years (2023, 2024 & 2025);
• Company’s profile;
• Evidence of Financial Capability including Bank reference letter indicating willingness to provide credit facility if/when necessary and needed.
• Evidence of Registration with Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement.

3. Document for submission should be accompanied with a forwarding letter duly signed by MD or his equivalent to the office of the Chief of Staff (Maintenance Building) Government House, Yobe State.

4. Interested eligible bidders/vendors are to submit two copies of their tender documents in a sealed envelope addressed to the Chief of Staff Government House, Damaturu, and clearly marked Tender Document and deliver not later than 12:00 noon on the 4th February, 2026.

5. A Complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested eligible bidders/vendors upon payment of non-refundable fee of Fifty Thousand Naira Only (N50, 000.00), and interested bidder may bid for one (1) or More Lots at a time.

6. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the vendors/bidder’s designated representatives at the conference hall of the Government House by 12:00 noon on Wednesday 4th February, 2026.

Note: This advertisement of expression of interest shall not be construed as a commitment by the Yobe State Government, nor shall it entitle respondents to claim any indemnity from the Yobe State Government, by virtue of having responded to this advertisement.
