INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE EXECUTION OF PROJECTS
The Federal Polytechnic of Oil and Gas, Bonny is a beneficiary of Year 2025 TETFUND ICT Support and Year 2025 Career Services Center Interventions.
Inline with the provisions of the Public Procurement Acts 2007, the polytechnic hereby invites interested and reputable contractors/suppliers with relevant experience and track record to submit technical bids for the projects listed below:
1. Year 2025 TetFund Intervention for ICT support.
2. Year 2025 TetFund Career service Centre.
ELIGIBILITY
The bid documents would be evaluated on responsiveness to the criteria including but not limited to
a. Evidence of certificate of incorporation issued by CAC
b. Evidence of Tax Clearance for the last three (3) years
c. Evidence of pension clearance certificate
d. Evidence of valid ITF certificate
e. Evidence valid NSITF certificate
f. Evidence of valid IRR
g. Any other ICT relevant documents
All documents for submission must be transmitted with a covering letter of the company.
FPOG is not bound to shortlist any bidder who is deemed unfit and reserves to annul the procurement process at any time without incurring any liability in accordance with section 28 of the BPP act, 2007.
